These draft terms describe how Zeloris Help works as a local task marketplace today. They are a factual product draft for publication readiness — not counsel-approved legal terms.

Agreement and operator
By creating an account or using Zeloris Help, you agree to follow these draft rules and applicable law. Zeloris Help is operated by Nexidy Labs OÜ. Registry number and registered address are not published in this repository content and will be added only via OPERATOR_INPUT.
Contact us through the in-app Support settings when available. A public support email is not published on this website yet.
The service
Zeloris Help provides a local marketplace for nearby small tasks. Users may post tasks, helpers may make offers, task owners choose whom to accept, matched participants may use task chat and location features, complete work, and leave ratings.
Supported UI languages are English, Estonian, and Russian.
Accounts
You must provide accurate authentication information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in the app via Settings → Privacy & safety → Delete account (two confirmations). Deletion follows DEC-073 (Auth hard-delete and privacy-minimized shared-history handling).
Marketplace conduct
- Post truthful task descriptions and offers you intend to honor.
- Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or unsafe activity.
- Respect report and block tools; do not attempt to evade moderation enforcement.
- Exact private location and live location features are for coordinating matched work — not for public discovery before accept.
Payments and commercial relationship
Currently, Zeloris Help does not provide platform escrow, in-app settlement of task pay, or commission on task pay. The Customer and Helper arrange payment directly. Zeloris is not a party to that private payment arrangement and does not guarantee payment outcomes.
Any future paid digital services offered by Zeloris (for example subscriptions or boosts) would be described separately when launched — they are not claimed as live terms here.
Location and safety
Before a match, tasks expose approximate public location. After accept, exact location may be available to participants. Optional live helper location sharing may be used for arrival coordination.
Real-world meetings involve risk. Use judgment, meet only when comfortable, and use in-app report/block if needed. Moderation staff review reports in a separate internal console.
Content and license
You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant Zeloris the rights needed to host, display, and operate the marketplace features (for example showing your task to nearby helpers). Do not submit content you do not have rights to share.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience downtime, or be limited by platform or infrastructure providers (including Supabase, push providers, Mapbox Directions server-side, and Resend for Auth email). We may update these draft terms as the product and legal review progress.
Disclaimer (draft)
To the extent permitted by law, Zeloris Help is provided as a marketplace coordination tool and does not guarantee that helpers will accept work, that work will be completed to a particular standard, or that off-platform payments will succeed. This disclaimer wording remains subject to operator/legal review.
