Safety
Zeloris Help is built for nearby real-world help. Use common sense offline, and use the in-app safety tools when something feels wrong.
Location privacy
- Before a match, others see an approximate public location — not your exact private address.
- After an offer is accepted, exact location is available to matched participants for that task.
- Helpers may optionally share live location while coordinating arrival; sharing is not required for every task.
Report and block
You can report a task or a user and block users from the app. Reports are reviewed by moderation staff in a separate internal console — not in the public website.
Payments and meetings
Task payment is currently arranged directly between Customer and Helper. There is no platform escrow. Meet and pay only in ways you are comfortable with, and leave the situation if you feel unsafe.
Account controls
You can delete your account from Settings → Privacy & safety → Delete account (two confirmations). See the Delete account page for what happens under DEC-073.
