The marketplace flow

1. Post a task

Describe what needs to be done, when, budget, and category. Before a match, the public location shown to others is approximate — not the exact private address.

2. Helpers make offers

Nearby helpers can respond with an offer. The task owner reviews offers and chooses who to accept.

3. Accept and coordinate

After accept, matched participants get task chat. Exact location becomes available to participants for that matched task. Helpers may optionally share live location while heading to the task.

4. Complete and rate

When the work is done, participants complete the task flow and can leave ratings. Reputation helps future local decisions.

Payments

Currently there is no platform escrow, in-app settlement, or commission on task pay. Customer and Helper arrange payment directly.

Safety tools

You can report users or tasks and block users in the app. Moderation staff review reports in a separate internal console.
