Who operates Zeloris Help

Zeloris Help is operated by Nexidy Labs OÜ. The legal entity name is stated here because it is used in Meta Business Verification context. Registry number and registered address are not included in this repository content; they will be published only when supplied via OPERATOR_INPUT.

Contact us through the in-app Support settings when available. A public support email is not published on this website yet.

What the product does

Zeloris Help is a local marketplace for nearby small tasks. Users post tasks, helpers make offers, the owner chooses, matched participants use task chat, may coordinate location, complete work, and leave ratings.

Categories of data we process

• Account and profile data (for example display name and account authentication identifiers via Supabase Auth).
• Task content you submit (title, description, category, budget, photos, timing).
• Location data: approximate public location before match; exact private location for participants after accept; optional live helper location while sharing is active.
• Offers, chat messages for matched tasks, completion state, and ratings.
• Reports, blocks, and related moderation metadata needed to review safety reports.
• Push notification device tokens and notification preferences (via Expo / APNs / FCM).
• First-party product analytics events (funnel and narrow UX telemetry) stored in our Supabase backend.

Why we process data

We process data to operate the marketplace: authenticate users, publish and discover tasks, match offers, enable task chat and location coordination for participants, send transactional push notifications, enforce report/block and moderation, measure product funnel health, and fulfill account deletion requests.

Location privacy

Before a match, other users see an approximate public location for a task — not the exact private address. After an offer is accepted, exact location is available to matched participants for that task. Live helper location sharing is optional and intended for arrival coordination while sharing is enabled.

Payments

Zeloris Help does not currently process task payments, hold escrow, or take commission on task pay. Payment between Customer and Helper is arranged directly outside platform settlement. This privacy draft therefore does not describe on-platform payment card processing for task pay.

Analytics on the product and this website

In the mobile product, first-party product analytics events are retained for 90 days and then cleaned up. Analytics are designed not to store exact location, task free text, chat bodies, or similar high-sensitivity content as event payloads.

This public website does not load third-party marketing analytics SDKs. Do not invent additional website trackers without an explicit product decision.

Service providers (subprocessors / infrastructure)

• Supabase — authentication, PostgreSQL/PostGIS database, storage, realtime, and related backend services.
• Expo / Apple Push Notification service (APNs) / Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — push delivery.
• Mapbox — Directions used server-side only for approved routing features (not as a general public website tracker).
• Resend — transactional Auth email delivery (for example confirmation and password reset).

Moderation

Users can report tasks or users and block users. Moderation staff use a separate internal console (not this public marketing site) to review reports and take enforcement actions.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Privacy & safety → Delete account (two confirmations). Per DEC-073, Auth identity is hard-deleted; personal/private data is removed; active matched work is unwound neutrally; where counterparties still need shared history, only privacy-minimized anonymized shells may remain; ratings involving you are removed; analytics actor references are nulled so analytics does not block deletion.

Languages and children

The product UI supports English, Estonian, and Russian. This draft does not invent a precise minimum age claim beyond ordinary consumer-app expectations; operator/legal review should set the final age/eligibility wording before store publication.

Changes

When this draft is replaced by a counsel-approved policy, the published date and wording will be updated. Until then, treat this page as factual product disclosure for engineering and release readiness only.
