Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Zeloris Help account from the mobile app. Deletion is irreversible.
Settings → Privacy & safety → Delete account
In-app path
Open Settings → Privacy & safety → Delete account. The app shows an explanation and requires two confirmations before proceeding.
What deletion does (DEC-073)
- Your Supabase Auth identity is hard-deleted — no fake “Deleted user” Auth account is kept.
- Personal profile data and related private artefacts are removed (including avatar storage where applicable).
- Active matched work is unwound with a neutral account-deletion reason (no reliability penalty from deletion itself).
- Where a counterparty still needs shared marketplace history, only privacy-minimized anonymized shells may remain — not your searchable identity.
- Ratings involving you are removed; analytics actor links are nulled so analytics does not block deletion.
